Classes will run 8:00 am to 5:00 pm stopping 1 hour each day for lunch. MONDAY kickoff will be at 4:00 pm at a location to be announced soon. There are no Saturday or Sunday classes. Week two classes will end on Friday at approximately 1:00 pm. Please understand with this curriculum and cooking that some labs will run longer and class may run late. Lead Teachers do their best to stick to the schedule, but high level thinking and quality teaching is our priority

Registration fee is $2850 and will cover meals, lodging, consumables supplies and lead teachers.

ClassroomClasses will be held at College Station High School. Each morning participants will carpool from the TAMU dorms to CSHS. Breakfast will be waiting at the school.
4002 Victoria Ave. College Station, Texas 77845 Airport InformationThere are limited flights in and out of College Station's Easterwood Airport. There are only two airlines (American Eagle and United) that fly into CLL. Other options that would involve renting a car would include: Austin Bergstrom Airport (1 hour 47 minute drive), Houston's Bush Intercontinental (1 hour 43 minute drive) or Houston's Hobby Airport (2 hour drive).
Arrival: Please arrive on Monday to College Station no later that 3:00 pm. Departure: Please do not schedule a flight out of Easterwood before 2:30 pm on Friday. If flying out of Austin/Houston, please do not have your flight depart before 4:30 pm Weekend Fun Staying in College Station:

Housing Participants will stay in a new dorm building on Texas A&M Campus, Hullabaloo Hall. Participants will be sharing suites. Bringing your own pillow is encourage. Sheets, comforters, and towels will be provided. This dorm building is in walking distance to a few great eating places and the famous North Gate strip in College Station.
At the end of each hall there are common areas with TV, couches, tables, and kitchens. There are laundry facilities and recreation areas are on site on the bottom floor at Hullabaloo Hall. Graduate CreditThis is available through TAMU, more information to come.

FoodBreakfast
Item will be waiting for you at CSHS before class begins each day. Participants are asked to be at CSHS by 7:25 am to have time to eat breakfast and get settled before class starts at 8:00 am sharp. Some favorites are breakfast tacos and kolaches. We will also have fruits, yogurt and coffee all day! Lunch Meals are catered in at CSHS. Lunches are one hour and the meals are varied depending on what the day looks like in class. Participants will eat "sensory evaluate" daily, so the days that you will eat more during class, the lunch will be a little lighter...you will NOT go hungry, we promise! Dinner The majority of the time, the group will leave CSHS together and eat as a group so TAMU can cover your meal. You are always welcome to go on your own from the group, but know that in order for TAMU to be able to cover the meal you have to go with the group.
